Звернення SAG Coalition до Президента України

Пане Президенте,
протягом декількох місяців, у рамках «Euro-2012», міжнародні мережі та різноманітні засоби масової інформації протестували проти винищення безпритульних тварин, що відбувається в даний момент в Україні.
Українська адміністрація надала підтримку та дозволила використання печей-крематоріїв для винищення тварин. Весь світ задається питанням про причини, які підштовхнули ваш уряд до такого рішення - обтяжливого вирішення, негідного цивілізованої країни.
Ця гітлерівська концепція ображає колективну пам'ять. Це дуже травматичний і аморальний спосіб дії, особливо в Європі, де травма все ще пам’ятна кожному.
Роблячи це, ваша країна бере участь у насильстві, яке стає все більш поширеним явищем. Забуваючи історію, ви тим самим ризикуєте вплинути дуже негативно на тисячі захисників тварин та футбольних уболівальників.
Ви не зможете приховати свої дії: ці печі-крематорії, отруєння та масові поховання тварин бачать дорослі та діти в усьому світі.
Така ситуація призводить до розгортання всесвітньої інформаційної кампанії та акцій протесту проти злодіянь, які проводяться у вашій країні.
Таким чином, на вас чекає бойкот, антиреклама проти України, демонстрації в аеропортах, на вокзалах, на автомагістралях, у портах, туристичних агентствах, в Інтернеті та різних ЗМІ.
Такі відомі організації, як "Люди за етичне поводження з тваринами" (PETA), Союз європейських футбольних асоціацій (УЄФА), Всесвітня організація здоров'я тварин, Всесвітня організація охорони здоров'я, а також багатьох інших міжнародних організацій підтверджують, що єдиним ефективним і людяним вирішенням є програма масової стерилізації.
Пане Президенте, міжнародне співтовариство запрошує Вас до співпраці, щоб таким чином заспокоїти ваших співвітчизників щодо ситуації в Україні. Якщо ви цього не зробите, це матиме шкідливі наслідки для краси і цінності вашої країни, призведе до скорочення туризму, а також зменшення уваги й інтересу до чемпіонату «Euro-2012».
Ми дипломатично просимо Вас співпрацювати з відомими міжнародними зоозахисними організаціями, які проконсультують Вас і допоможуть вашій адміністрації запровадити програму стерилізації просто зараз.

Monsieur le Président,
Dans le cadre de l’Eurofoot 2012 et depuis plusieurs mois la solidarité de réseaux internationaux et de divers médias s’élève contre l’extermination des animaux sédentaires de votre nation.
L’administration Ukrainienne cautionne actuellement l’utilisation de fours crématoires mobiles pour exterminer les animaux, le monde s'interroge sur la réflexion et le raisonnement qui ont fait aboutir votre gouvernement à cette solution consternante et indigne d’un pays civilisé.
Ces concepts Hitlériens représentent une offense au respect de la mémoire collective, il s’agit d’une pratique traumatisante et immorale en Europe ou le traumatisme est encore très présent. Votre pays contribue à la banalisation de la violence et à l'oubli de l'histoire en risquant d’influencer négativement des milliers de passionnés d’animaux familiers et de football.
Les lésions ne sont pas dissimulables, ces fours, charniers et actes d’empoisonnements sont visibles par des enfants du monde entier, cette situation a pour conséquences planétaires d’intensifier les protestations et les campagnes d’information sur les atrocités commises sur votre territoire.
Les boycotts et créations d’objets publicitaires contre l’Ukraine, l’organisation de manifestations dans les aéroports, gares, autoroutes, ports, agences de voyages, internet et autres outils de communication, sont dés lors prévisibles.
Les célèbres organisations, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals,Union of European Football Associations,World organisation for animal health, World Health Organization organisation pour la Santé, ainsi que de nombreuses associations confirment que la seule solution efficace serait un programme de stérilisation.
Monsieur le Président, la communauté internationale vous invite à collaborer et à rassurer vos concitoyens sur la situation en Ukraine afin de ne pas nuire à la beauté et, aux valeurs de votre pays en défavorisant le tourisme et en aggravant le manque de considération et d’intérêt pour l’événement de l’Eurofoot 2012.
Nous vous demandons diplomatiquement d’adopter un programme de stérilisation en collaborant avec les grandes associations de protection animale internationales qui sont prêtes à conseiller une logistique à l’administration publique de votre pays.

For a few months, and within the framework of the Eurofoot 2012, international networks and various media have been protesting against the extermination of indigenous animals taking place at the moment in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian administration gave its support, and allowed the use of crematorium furnaces to exterminate animals. The whole world is wondering about the reasons that led your government to such a decision, a distressing solution, unworthy of a civilised country.
This Hitlerian concept offends the respect of the collective memory. It is a very traumatic and immoral way of acting, specially in Europe, where the trauma is still in every memory.
In doing so, your country takes part in the fact that violence becomes more commonplace, and in forgetting History, thus risking to influence very negatively thousands of animal and football supporters.
You cannot hide your acts: these crematorium furnaces, poisonning and mass graves of animals are seen by people and children all over the world.
This situation leads to increasing world-wide information campaigns and protests against the atrocities that are being carried out in your country.
You can thus expect boycott, advertising against ukraine, demonstrations in airports, railway stations, on motorways, harbours, travel agencies, on the internet and various media.
Well-known organisations such as People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), World organisation for Animal health, World health organisation, and numerous other international organisations confirm that the only effective, and human solution is a mass spay and neuter program.
Mister President, the international community asks you to collaborate and so reassure your fellow-countrymen on the situation in Ukraine. Not doing so would be harmful to the beauty and values of your country, would reduce tourism, and increase the lack of consideration and interest for the Eurofoot 2012.
We diplomatically ask you to collaborate with well-known international animal welfare organisations that can advise you, and help your administration achieve a spay and neuter program right now.
